We usually process your order within 1–2 working days. After that, DHL usually delivers it in about 3 working days. Personalised tanks are made individually after your order, so the delivery time is 3–7 working days within Germany.

We are a small business within the meaning of § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). That is why we do not charge or show VAT.

For our joggers, tanks and shirts, you will find a size chart in the description with the measurements in centimetres and a short guide on how to measure. It is best to lay a garment that fits you well flat and compare the measurements. If you have questions about sizing, just write to us.

Our model is 1.80 m tall and weighs 90 kg. He wears the NO EXCUSES Cargo Jogger in size L and the Static Cali Tank in size XL.

The tank is deliberately cut oversize. Take your usual size. If you like it even looser, take one size up.

Choose colour and size on the product page, switch on “Personalize with your number” and choose three digits. We then replace the 590 on the chest with your number. Personalisation costs an extra €9.95.

Personalised items are made to your specifications and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) No. 1 German Civil Code, BGB). Please check your digits before ordering. Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected.

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Write to us at info@intelligains.shop and we will send you return instructions. You bear the costs of return shipping. All details can be found in our cancellation policy.

We can only take back unwashed and unworn clothing. Trying items on to check the fit is of course fine.

No later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, as soon as the goods have arrived back with us or you prove that you have sent them back. We refund via the payment method you used.

From a length of approx. 30 cm you use both ParaGo straps, shorter parallettes are secured with one. More on the ParaGo product page.
