Shipping area

We ship within the European Union. All parcels are sent insured with DHL.

Shipping costs

Germany: €4.95 (ParaGo: €6.95)
Austria and the Netherlands: €12.95 (ParaGo: €10.95)
Other EU countries: €12.95
Free shipping: Within Germany, shipping is free from an order value of €60. Free shipping does not apply to deliveries to other EU countries.

Delivery time

You can find the delivery time on every product page right next to the buy button. Within Germany, it is 1–5 working days depending on the item, including processing and shipping. Personalised items are made individually for you after your order and take 3–7 working days.

Deliveries to other EU countries: 5–11 working days.

For payment in advance (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay), the delivery time begins on the day after receipt of payment; for other payment methods, on the day after your order.

Several items

If you order several items, we ship everything together in one parcel. In that case, the longest delivery time of the items ordered applies.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number, so you can see where your order is at any time.

Returns

Would you like to send something back? Write to us at info@intelligains.shop and you will receive all the information you need for the return. You bear the costs of the return. You can find everything else in our cancellation policy.

Delivery address

Before submitting your order, please check that your address is complete and correct (name, street, house number, postcode, town and, if applicable, additions such as c/o or Packstation).

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the following applies:

Reshipping: We will ship again as soon as you have confirmed the correct address. You bear the costs of the second shipment.
No reshipping wanted: We will refund the value of the goods minus the shipping costs incurred for the outbound and return shipment.
